For tractors pulling various trailers, a Master Lease for each tractor is recommended with the use of the Master Equipment Listing, identifying all trailers and is to be attached to the Master Lease.<\/li>\n<li>The Lessee Trip Authorization is to be kept at the motor carrier&#8217;s office.<\/li>\n<li>The Lessor Trip Authorization is to be kept with the equipment identified in the Master Lease.
