The 2020 Unified Carrier Registration Plan (UCR) fees were published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13, 2020. Registration is now open. In the past, the UCR Board of Directors recommended that states delay enforcement for three months after the rulemaking was published in the Federal Register.-
