  • New York Chiropractors No Longer Permitted To Do Commercial Drivers Physical Examinations

    Chiropractors in New York State are no longer allowed to perform Department of Transportation physicals. The FMCSA informed the practitioners via letter that effective of the date of the letter, they would no longer be allowed to perform DOT physicals.
